Welcome to Green Buildings Optimization Group

Introducing our revolutionary tool GBOT. Green Buildings Optimization Tool

Currently there is a void in the market for an all-encompassing fully integrated Green Building Optimization tool. There are many disparate tools that offer singular solutions, for one aspect of building energy systems; Building Envelope systems (walls, roof, and windows), Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning Systems, and Electrical systems (lighting, controls, transformers). There is no singular solution/tool that incorporates all building systems, providing fully integrated dynamic building performance optimization solutions. GBOT aims to bridge this gap and offer a solution to the current disparity in Building Energy Performance Optimization. The tool will use responses from carefully and strategically structured user inputs, run many adaptive algorithms and calculations to generate Building Energy Performance Optimization Solutions. Our patented adaptive dynamic algorithms will pull information from user inputted building information, high performance building systems information, Building Energy Efficiency Codes (national and local codes based on project location), and historical and estimated Building Energy Performance Optimization implementation costs (also based on project location) The tool will generate material data including cost from Green Building Optimization Tool vendor APIs. The tool will also be populated with pre-qualified and pre-vetted Green Building Optimization Tool implementation contractor’s database strategically paired to each building performance optimization solution.

GBOT

A series of results and graphics will be generated that include, implementation cost, Sustainability Score, related 3rd Party Green building rating score, Energy savings and Return on Investment calculations, Life Cycle Cost and Life Cycle analysis as well as best in practice recommended associated Building Systems Energy Optimization Solutions from our vast library of vendors and products database. If the user chooses the implementation selector, then recommended contractors will be paired with associated building systems solutions. The end goal is simple, de-mystify the designing, constructing and operating of high performance green energy efficient and sustainable buildings. GBOT will enable and empower designers to conduct intuitive and comprehensive green high performance Energy Efficient building feasibility studies, to help make a more informed, well rounded decision. A decision powered by transparency with all due diligence given in advance. GBOT will provide contractors and developers with detailed green high performance energy efficient building installation/implementation information. GBOT will provide building operators and engineers with guidelines and information on how to operate and upgrade their facilities to meet green building and high performance energy efficiency criteria
